Willie 'Tootie' Cash

Mr. Willie C. “Tootie” Cash of Monticello, Kentucky passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024 having attained the age of 69 years, 5 months & 1 day. He was born on Friday, July 29, 1955, in Cumberland County, Kentucky, the son of Waco & Angie (Ooten) Cash. He was of the Baptist Faith and worked in delivery for Southern Belle for many years. In his free time, Willie loved watching television, and especially enjoyed watching Yellowstone. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Frankie Cash, and siblings, Wendell Cash, Eugene Cash, Justina Ooten, Donald Cash, Kendall Cash, James Cash, Genevie Logan.

He is survived by his sons, Daniel Cash of Somerset, Kentucky, Keith Cash, Allen (& Ashley) Cash, and Zach Humble, all of Monticello, Kentucky, grandchildren, Bailey Cash, Colton Cash, Kaleigh Cash, and Kanyon Cash, best friends, Baxter Wells, and Eric Keith, and many other family and friends.

The funeral service was conducted on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral home with Bro. Rick Catron Officiating. Burial was in The Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Allen Cash, Daniel Cash, Keith Cash, Zach Humble, Bailey Cash, and Colton Cash.
