Mrs. Wanda Jean (Brummett) Eller of Monticello, Kentucky passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 at the Wayne County Hospital in Monticello, Kentucky, having attained the age of 75 years, 7 months and 2 days. She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on Sunday, November 18, 1945, the daughter of Fred & Thelma (Abbott) Brummett. She was of the Methodist faith, and a member of Ellers Chapel United Methodist Church. She worked as a seamstress for J.P.M., and Patriots, she was also a cashier at F & H Drug Store, where she loved to talked with everyone. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis B. Eller, whom she wed on Monday, December 30, 1963, granddaughters, Brandi Lowe, Jordyn Patrick, sisters, Louise Wright, Zella Chriswell, brother, Stanley Brummett.
She is survived by her children, Michelle (& Lynn) Lowe, Tina (& G.C.) Guinn, Charles Eller all of Monticello, Kentucky, siblings, Fred (& Lanetra) Brummett of Louisville, Kentucky, Nina Boatman of Somerset, Kentucky, grandchildren, Jennifer (& Terry) Sullivan, Amber (& James) Young, Kyle Baker, Tyler Guinn, step-grandchildren, Latisha Foust, Christopher Guinn, great-grandchildren, Brayden Lowe, Rose Marie Lowe, David Lowe, Blayze Patrick, Bentley Hancock, and many friends.
The funeral service was conducted Friday, June 25 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral Home with Bro. Tyler Harting officiating. Casket bearers were Brayden Lowe, James Young, Terry Sullivan, G.C. Guinn, Kyle Baker, Jeff Faust. Burial was in the Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky. New’s Monticello Funeral Home of Monticello, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of arrangements.
