Vickie Lynn Weston

Miss Vickie Lynn Weston, of Monticello, Kentucky passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at The Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset having attained the age of 69 years, 6 months & 17 days. She was born in Monticello on Saturday, May 22, 1954 the daughter of Glenn Meredith & Mary Olga (Garner) Weston the youngest of three siblings. She was a Graduate of Monticello High School, and attended Vocational School. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ, enjoyed going to church and meeting with her church family, also walking, watching T.V. and visiting with her family. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father.

     She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing, her mother, Mary (Garner) Weston, her siblings, Terry (& Leta) Weston, Patsy (& Jimmy) Sexton all of Monticello, Niece, Leslie (& Jason) Somerville, Great-Niece, Baylie, Great-Nephews, Kade & Kanon, Aunt, Nida (& Joe) New of Monticello, Uncle, Barry (& Carma) Weston of Louisville.

     The funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. E.S.T. in The Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral Home, with Jerry Gehring officiating. Burial was in The Elk Springs Cemetery. Casket bearers were Jason Somerville, Glenn Keeton, Kade Somerville, Danny Dishman, Kenny Owens, and Terry Weston.
