Emilie Jean (Bolin) Feltner

Mrs. Emilie Jean (Bolin) Feltner of Monticello, Kentucky, formerly of Waukegan, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at her residence in Wayne County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 66 years, 3 months and 3 days. She was born at Fort Jackson Military Base in Columbia, South Carolina, on Thursday, May 15, 1958, the daughter of Eligie & Jeanette (Janke) Bolin. Emilie and her husband raised their family in Waukegan, Illinois, and worked at Wurth Baer Supply for over 20 years. She enjoyed photography, sewing, and motorcycle trips with her husband. She was also an animal lover to all creatures, especially to her chocolate lab, Duke. She supported her grandchildren in after school activities such as football, and cheerleading competitions. When they retired, they moved to Monticello, Kentucky, five years ago. She enjoyed every moment of the peacefulness, and beauty of the mountains. She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Jeanette (Janke) Bolin, husband, Bobbie Feltner, whom she wed on Saturday December 21, 1985, children, Jamie Moore of Waukegan, Illinois, brother, Roy Bolin of Wisconsin, sister, Joy Bolin of Florida, and grandchildren, Dezerae, Demetric, Denai, and Simone.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Bolin Cemetery in Cannelton, Indiana.
