Bernice Marie Nevels

     Ms. Bernice Marie Nevels, of Livingston, Tennessee passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023 at her residence having attained the age of 45 years & 2 months. She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on Monday, June 26, 1978 the daughter of Ralph Wayne & Rita Faye (Anderson) Nevels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Hayden Nevels.

     She is survived by her special niece, but like a daughter, Laura (& Dekota) Peruzzi, siblings, Roxanne Marie Nevels, Bridgett Lynne Allred, both of Livingston, Tennessee, aunts, Deborah Neeley of Wayne County, Kentucky, Rosa Jackson, and Wanda Dykes, both of Monticello, Kentucky, and Lisa Perkins of Liberty, Kentucky, uncles, Lonnie Kay Nevels of Bronston, Kentucky, Charlie Nevels, Bro. Jimmy Nevels, both of Wayne County, Kentucky, nieces, Miley Joe Qualles, and Jamie Lee Qualls of Livingston, Tennessee, nephew, Luke Allen Neeley of Illinois, great nieces & nephews, Layla Neeley, Oceana Maynard, Lakota Peruzzi, Jessie Peruzzi, Troy Neeley, and Kayden Peruzzi, and special friend Glenda Guffey.

     Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, August 31st, at 2 p.m. EST, in the Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral Home, with Bro. Jimmy Nevels officiating. The family will receive friends after 5 p.m. EST, on Wednesday, August 30th, and again after 7 a.m. on Thursday August 31st, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Liberty Baptist Cemetery at Kidder in Wayne County, Kentucky. Casket bearers will be Dekota Peruzzi, Chris Patton, Chris Melton, Carroll Mofield, James Neeley, and Josh Neeley.
